Pharmacist Collaborative Practice and Test and Treat Certification Final Rules

Effective October 28, 2020, rules were adopted to implement Sections 465.1865 and 465.1895, F.S. which allows pharmacists to obtain a Collaborative Practice Certification or a Test and Treat Certification to manage certain chronic conditions or to treat certain non-chronic health conditions.
