Uniform MPJE™ (UMPJE™) to be Implemented June 1, 2026
Rule 64B16-26.200, Florida Administrative Code, was amended by the Board of Pharmacy and becomes effective, June 1, 2026. The rule will adopt the Uniform Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (UMPJE™). The UMPJE™ is designed to assess the knowledge of state laws that are universal to all jurisdictions.
Beginning this date, Florida’s state-specific Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE), also known as the Florida Laws and Rules Examination, will no longer be administered.
