Uniform MPJE™ (UMPJE™) to be Implemented June 1, 2026

Rule 64B16-26.200, Florida Administrative Code, was amended by the Board of Pharmacy and becomes effective, June 1, 2026. The rule will adopt the Uniform Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (UMPJE). The UMPJE is designed to assess the knowledge of state laws that are universal to all jurisdictions.

Beginning this date, Florida’s state-specific Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE), also known as the Florida Laws and Rules Examination, will no longer be administered.
