In response to the tragic events of the multi-state meningitis outbreak Massachusetts Governor Patrick convened the Special Commission to investigate the oversight of compounding pharmacies. The report, which includes recommendations, was released in January 2013. The Florida Board of Pharmacy is providing this link for informational purposes.
